So here I am, sitting at my desk at work. I’m tired as all hell- overslept & was late by half hour this morning- and sore! Oh my god sore.
I don’t really know what from, but I woke up home yesterday with Nathan and my arms, legs, feet, back… i’m sore! I didn’t dance that much on NYE, and I didn’t do much else, but oh well. Some R&R will have that sorted out.
NYE went down pretty well. Nathan & I went over one of his friends just for a chat before heading to Luke’s party. That night went pretty well. I didn’t take any photos but I’m sure there will be some popping up on facebook I can steal! It was good to see some of the people there, though I probably annoyed them in my drunken state.
Soon I was drunk enough to strip my top off & jump in the pool. Jacob & some of the others followed.
Countdown came quick and I spent it with Nathan, getting my first kiss of 2009 =)
Soon after we jumped in the car with Jacob, Marty & Chris & headed for Mars.
Music was ok that night and I got to see a lot of people. Danced the remainder of the night awat with Peter, Sean, Nathan and Jacob until Mars closed & Nathan and I headed back to mine.
Waking up around 3, we flaked on the couch watching Supernatural until Nathan had to take the car home.
I then spent my evening looking for my keys (which I had lost the day before… found them on the top shelf of my closet, at the back. I do NOT remember putting them there, but ah well!) and repotting some seedlings which I had grown.
Some miniature jacaranda trees which I planted the seeds about a week before. I’m very excited that they’ve come through well! I’ve got 12 shoots replanted & some more look as if they will be ready to replant soon =)
