Who I am

I guess this is the part where I’m supposed to describe myself.

I’ll start by saying that I don’t like doing this- not that I’m no good at describing myself, but I usually prefer not to. My name is Brodhe McGee, and I’m 20 years old. I live in South Australia & work for an Internet company.

I moved out of home when I was 16, and have been making my way through life ever since. Putting myself through High School and working- up to now where I work full time & have my own apartment.

I used to volunteer at a youth group, and usually do continue to volunteer each Feast when it comes around.

I’m SSA- same sex attracted- I usually go with ‘gay’ or ‘bi’ though I don’t think I suit either of those descriptions.

I don’t like to be categorised, although I know being put into categories helps people.

I choose to use the name ‘Brodhe’ (pronounced the same as my birth name of Brodie) because it is gender neutral, unlike Brodie or Brody.

My parents gave me Brodie, which is traditionaly a womans name. I’m not a woman, although I have no problems of using the name, again, I prefer not to be categorised.

If you seem unable to comprehend Brodhe, then call me something else. I often go by B, Bo, Bobo, McGee, Bmang, Mango or many other things.
